Created by Todd Price out of necessity 35 years ago for an elastomeric jacketing system that expands and contracts with any mechanical system’s thermal dynamics without crushing the insulation nor tearing jacketing from its fasteners. This Band-less System is virtually water-tight without caulking. This system can be utilized on every insulation system inclusive of all components (ducting, Piping, fittings, vessels, etc), maintaining constant and even compression that ensures constant thermal integrity of insulation used, unlike a banded, or band with spring system which can crush and break insulation then allow sagging furthering the degradation of the rated Thermal coefficient of the insulation.
